Work is charged at a flat hourly rate – you only ever pay for the actual time we spend working for you either on a regular or project by project basis.
There are no additional overheads – no tax or national insurance, no VAT, no associated office or IT costs, no sickness, no holiday pay. The time we work is the time we invoice, in 15 minute increments.
Any additional costs incurred such as telephone charges, stationery, postage etc. will however, be charged separately at cost price.
If weekend or evening assistance is requested there is a surcharge of 50% on the hourly rate.

Client Contract & Confidentiality Agreement
Clients will be sent a Client Contract & Confidentiality Agreement. This must be signed and returned before the commencement of any work.
