Navita has over 15 years of experience working as an Assistant to a Senior Project Manager in a multinational conglomerate where she provided day-to-day support in managing complex projects.
She likes to be truly hands-on and involved in all stages of a project, from conception through to delivery. Navita is completely comfortable chasing and making decisions in alignment with her direct reports throughout the process. She’s willing to learn, stand up, and question what the priorities are, and ask how she can help deliver especially when she sees others being under pressure.
Navita is a highly organised Assistant with a wide array of office operational and functional experience, from customer care and invoicing, to planning and scheduling as well documenting and maintaining processes.
Kate offers support across all aspects of business administration as a Personal Assistant including email and diary management, database management, book-keeping, credit control, expenses, audio typing and proof-reading.

She has been working as a Virtual PA since 2014 and can provide administration support overseeing a number of projects with multiple stakeholders. This includes diary and email management, basic bookkeeping, credit control, research and updating of CRM’s right through to event and membership organisation. She has the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail whilst remaining calm under pressure.
She enjoys creating a close client relationship and is conscientious, confidential, reliable, well organised, hardworking, and professional at all times.
Jane is a highly experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager who has an impressive 20 years’ experience supporting at a senior management and board level within SME’s and large corporate companies.
Jane has a diverse skillset, gained within the Financial Services & Wealth Management, IT and Hospitality industries, and is passionate about providing high level support in areas such as Board support, HR documentation, CRM management, bookkeeping, social media scheduling, proof-reading and inbox and diary management.
She’s is fantastic at keeping everyone and everything organised, from HR, through to finance and EA support. Jane is a problem solver, committed and very used to having multiple things on her plate at any given time.
