Sandy Hearn – Founder

Elite PA Solutions was born in 2012 as Sandy firmly believed that working virtually and flexibly was and continues to be the future of collaboration. Sandy is based in Rugby, Warwickshire with our team and clients dispersed throughout the UK and into Europe!

By utilising over 20 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world, Sandy is responsible for business development, networking and building relationships with new and existing clients. She takes the time to fully understand your requirements before matching one of her team to meet your needs. Sandy personally handpicks, interviews and onboards new team members ensuring her own core values and approach are replicated in each person she brings on board.

She matches the right virtual PA to you based on your brief thus providing you with a dedicated solution not a generic one. As a team, we are focused on building long term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction is fulfilled and you have continuous peace of mind.

Our clients want someone to ensure things get done and our physical location does not restrict the work we deliver, how we deliver or who we deliver it for!

Our team comprises career professionals who are virtually based throughout the UK, including the West Midlands, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and London regions. Working from our home offices we are delighted to provide our clients with flexible access to the skills we have all honed throughout our careers.

Cat brings a very strong background in Client Services Management having previously worked for a cutting edge Neurological Physiotherapy company. 

Cat is multi-skilled and thrives when utilising her wide ranging administration skills including proof reading, copy editing, telephone, diary & email management, expenses and basic bookkeeping.

She loves processes and will be more than happy to streamline your systems to ensure you are running as efficiently as possible!  Being a mum of 3 boys (including twins!) makes her ‘naturally’ super organised. She definitely knows what busy looks like and how to prioritise.

Nadine is an experienced Executive Assistant, now working virtually, with a solid track record within the executive search industry based in London.

She understands the process of search from beginning to end and the importance of building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Nadine is proactive and manages various projects/assignments simultaneously with ease.

She’s more than happy to assist with desk research, credit control/invoicing, updating CRMs, drafting articles for your own marketing or getting involved at a personal level with the organisation of events, special occasions or travel for individuals and/or families.

Claire is an experienced Executive level Assistant, having previously worked within the Management Consultancy industry, where she provided PA and project support to Partners and Practice Heads. 

She brings with her excellent organisational and secretarial skills and, having also previously worked as an Editor within publishing, is a stickler for high standards of written English!

Claire understands the importance of clear communication at all times, and that providing confidentiality in all matters is fundamental. Claire is a bit of a fan of French culture and literature, and another string to her bow is that she is able to speak French fluently.

Navita has over 15 years of experience working as an Assistant to a Senior Project Manager in a multinational conglomerate where she provided day-to-day support in managing complex projects.

She likes to be truly hands-on and involved in all stages of a project, from conception through to delivery. Navita is completely comfortable chasing and making decisions in alignment with her direct reports throughout the process. She’s willing to learn, stand up, and question what the priorities are, and ask how she can help deliver especially when she sees others being under pressure.

Navita is a highly organised Assistant with a wide array of office operational and functional experience, from customer care and invoicing, to planning and scheduling as well documenting and maintaining processes.

Allison brings a wealth of experience having worked in a wide range of business support functions for a large corporate from procurement and manufacturing planning to finance and cost control.

She has been working as a Virtual PA since 2014 and can provide administration support overseeing a number of projects with multiple stakeholders. This includes diary and email management, basic bookkeeping, credit control, research and updating of CRM’s right through to event and membership organisation. She has the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail whilst remaining calm under pressure.

She enjoys creating a close client relationship and is conscientious, confidential, reliable, well organised, hardworking, and professional at all times.

Kate offers support across all aspects of business administration as a Personal Assistant including email and diary management, database management, book-keeping, credit control, expenses, audio typing and proof-reading.

She is enthusiastic, proactive, reliable and passionate about doing the jobs that act as a platform for others to do theirs.

Kate thrives on being busy and is at her happiest when able to give her personal touch in supporting a business or team by implementing her organisational skills thus allowing others to focus on their priorities. Having lived in Asia for 8 years, Kate adapts to new environments quickly and this experience coupled with over 15 years in business has lead Kate to fully appreciate how vital communication is in any relationship.

Laura brings extensive experience from the corporate world and more recently in a virtual capacity, providing support across financial, administrative, operational and PA functions.

As a licensed bookkeeper, Laura is extremely competent from a financial perspective but also thrives when spinning the many plates that come with assisting busy professionals. She has a relentless work ethic, great attention to detail and superb organisational skills. Laura works with a friendly but professional attitude, believing that trust and clear communications are vital in a successful relationship.

Since having her own family, Laura understands the need for a healthy work-life balance and is passionate about helping others achieve this.

Sophie loves being a Personal Assistant. With 10 years experience working at a senior management and board level she has been privy to highly confidential matters. She’s dynamic, productive and forward-thinking.

Having worked in various industry sectors including property, healthcare, and leisure Sophie now brings her organisational skills to support a variety of clients.

Sophie is a bright, hard-working problem-solver who believes in building a great rapport with everyone she supports. She believes in truly understanding priorities and enjoys being challenged! She promises you the right attitude, a great deal of perseverance and plenty of initiative.

Liz has worked as an Executive Assistant over the past 20 years in everchanging environments. For the last 14 years she has worked with a serial entrepreneur, supporting them through mergers and acquisitions, looking after the day to day diary, travel, expense management and with event planning all whilst running the Human Resource department, including the production of 11 payrolls and pension schemes.

Her passion is people, she thrives on building solid working relationships based on trust and respect ensuring that she’s always there to support and act as gatekeeper when needed. She enjoys being hands on and an integral part of the team and working the hours required to fulfil her commitments.

Liz has a post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, as well as experience in Office Management.
