Elite PA Solutions was born as Sandy firmly believed that working virtually and flexibly was and continues to be the future of collaboration.
Following a career in hospitality and executive search in London, a move to the Midlands and two children Sandy’s priority was to work flexibly and provide financial security for her family. Setting up in business was the solution! By utilising over 20 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world, she decided to offer her services to clients on a freelance basis.
After a few years of supporting every client herself, Sandy quickly saw the demand both individuals and business owners had in engaging freelance business support and with that she quickly grew her team. Today, Sandy is responsible for business development, networking and building relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand their requirements before matching one of her team to meet their needs. Sandy personally handpicks, interviews and onboards new team members ensuring her own core values and approach are replicated in each person she brings on board.
We are plugged in as a part of your business where we will support you, brainstorm with you, make suggestions and offer advice whilst delivering results and truly adding value.

Cat is multi-skilled and thrives when utilising her wide ranging administration skills including proof reading, copy editing, telephone, diary & email management, expenses and basic bookkeeping.
She loves processes and will be more than happy to streamline your systems to ensure you are running as efficiently as possible! Being a mum of 3 boys (including twins!) makes her ‘naturally’ super organised. She definitely knows what busy looks like and how to prioritise.
Fi is a dedicated Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience gained working within FTSE companies, SMEs and family businesses across a range of industry sectors.
She provides executive administrative support to our clients operating at Board level. Fi thrives on being busy, juggling various projects and working to tight timeframes.

Nadine is an experienced Executive Assistant, now working virtually, with a solid track record within the executive search industry based in London.
She understands the process of search from beginning to end and the importance of building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Nadine is proactive and manages various projects/assignments simultaneously with ease.

Alex is a friendly and responsive creative who specialises in all aspects of design and print.
From branding to events to advertising to print media – whatever you need in the print or digital arena, he can deliver. Alex helps businesses inspire their customers and engage with new ones. He can connect your business with a full range of communication and marketing solutions, whether it be a website, a corporate brochure or a whole new brand identity.

Claire is an experienced Executive level Assistant, having previously worked within the Management Consultancy industry, where she provided PA and project support to Partners and Practice Heads.
She brings with her excellent organisational and secretarial skills and, having also previously worked as an Editor within publishing, is a stickler for high standards of written English!
Claire understands the importance of clear communication at all times, and that providing confidentiality in all matters is fundamental. Claire is a bit of a fan of French culture and literature, and another string to her bow is that she is able to speak French fluently.
