Conference set up, organisation and management, both here and abroad 

Organising conferences in Europe from beginning to end for circa 165 delegates. This included flying out to conference location to be present on the day of each conference, to ensure all went well.  Being proactive and dealing with any issues, as well as meeting and greeting delegates as they arrived.  On occasions where our client has felt they need more than one extra pair of hands, we can easily turn to the wider team to step in and travel.

On-site support

One team member supports a local wealth management client on-site by providing support in their actual office two days a week. Typical tasks carried out whilst at the company office includes compiling reports and other general administration as part of the clients wider team.

Client research

Recently, one of our executive search clients required urgent help with mapping out potential prospects to approach. Time that they recognised they should not be doing themselves.  This required circa 15 hours work to be completed as quickly as possible.  We stepped in and delivered on this in-depth research project (reviewing a list of firms and identifying people with a specific specialty), pulling together their profiles into a Word document.

Email management

Although email management is a usual task for PAs, one of our team has been working on an email/electronic file organisation project for a Chairman, that goes above and beyond the typical email management task. She has successfully implemented a process for storing and saving emails and replicating this with files on the clients Google Drive, to save them having to print things out and hunt for paperwork an hour before meetings. This project has covered work and personal emails and there’s been thousands of them!
