Cat brings a very strong background in Client Services Management having previously worked for a cutting edge Neurological Physiotherapy company.  Cat is multi-skilled and thrives when utilising her wide ranging administration skills including proof reading, copy editing, telephone, diary & email management, expenses and basic bookkeeping. She loves processes and will be more than happy to streamline your systems to ensure you are running as efficiently as possible!  Being a mum of 3 boys (including twins!) makes her ‘naturally’ super organised. She definitely knows what busy looks like and how to prioritise.


Fi is a dedicated Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience gained working within FTSE companies, SMEs and family businesses across a range of industry sectors. She provides executive administrative support to our clients operating at Board level.  Fi thrives on being busy, juggling various projects and working to tight timeframes.  She loves to truly get to know you and thus provide you with the very best level of support, to ensure your life runs more smoothly.


Linda has over 30 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant at Board level in the corporate world.  She is a professional, highly effective individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to manage complex diaries and travel schedules.  Linda has worked previously in the PR sector, motor sport industry and for a registered charity working on sustainability issues and the circular economy.


Nadine is an experienced Executive Assistant, now working virtually, with a solid track record within the executive search industry based in London. She understands the process of search from beginning to end and the importance of building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Nadine is proactive and manages various projects/assignments simultaneously with ease. She’s more than happy to assist with desk research, credit control/invoicing, updating CRMs, drafting articles for your own marketing or getting involved at a personal level with the organisation of events, special occasions or travel for individuals and/or families.


Sarah is an experienced Blogger, Copywriter and Social Media Manager who writes great content for our clients – content that is engaging, informative and essential if you’d like to build relationships with your fans.  She’s a published author of 2 non-fiction books and 1 fiction book!  You’ll be getting expert help and advice from someone who knows what they’re talking about.  Sarah can help support you and your business in a heartfelt, genuine and authentic way.


Alex is a friendly and responsive creative who specialises in all aspects of design and print.  From branding to events to advertising to print media – whatever you need in the print or digital arena, he can deliver.  Alex helps businesses inspire their customers and engage with new ones.  He can connect your business with a full range of communication and marketing solutions, whether it be a website, a corporate brochure or a whole new brand identity.  Whatever your need, an integrated approach means that he can provide an entire end-to-end solution, including project management.


Julia is a Virtual Assistant, specialising in Marketing and Social Media Management.  Having worked in marketing for 20 – odd years, 10 of which at Director level, she is well experienced to help you enhance your online presence and strategically increase engagement on your social media platforms of choice, getting your social media to work for you!  Julia also undertakes 1:1 social media training, which is bespoke to each individual client and tailored to their needs and current ability.
